Strategic Plan
2011-2013
Mission: To actively foster a better business environment.
The Chamber's initiatives for 2011 are based on three strategic priorities determined by the Chamber board: public policy advocacy, leadership development, and member services.
- Public policy advocacy: We will continue to advocate for members where the interest of one constituency is not to the detriment of another.
- Leadership: We will promote our members’ leadership skills and help members establish a foundation of knowledge to enhance those skills.
- Member services: We will continue to promote and expand the individual and collective success of our members.
